Internal thread cutter, solid carbide, TMC SP
Design: ultrafine grain cemented carbide, with internal coolant supply (from M4 thread size), with 27 dextrorotatory grooves for optimal cutting conditions. Thanks to the milling technique in the machining process, the exact thread depth, very high quality of the thread surface, the possibility of machining hard-to-machine materials and the production of threads close to the bottom are achieved.
Application: thread milling and countersinking with one tool. For metric regular threads (both right and left) according to DIN 13 for through and blind holes.
Note: solid carbide cutters for other types of threads (UNC, UNF, pipe thread, etc.) available on request.
