Shipments abroad:

Shipments outside the country, calculated and given during the order. It is difficult to present them on this page because they depend on many variables: country of delivery, chosen carrier, size, weight. The shipping price is always visible when ordering before the final confirmation of purchase.

Delivery time of the order:

Most parcels in Poland arrive two business days after ordering. However, in the case of products that we have in external warehouses, this time may be extended to 4-5 working days. Please take this possibility into account when making purchases.

Shipping information:

We always inform you to the e-mail address provided by the customer that the package has been shipped. We provide the shipping number by which the customer can track his order on the websites of courier companies. If you notice any damage, you should unpack the shipment at the courier and ask him to draw up a damage report, which is an essential element when complaining about transport damage. We pack shipments reliably and such damage is extremely rare. We care about customer satisfaction, hoping that they will come back to us for their next shopping.
