Customers who choose NTT computers do not incur the cost of transporting a malfunctioning unit. The repair takes place at the NTT System headquarters, where the production line is also located. The warranty is supported by specialists who know HIRO® computers inside out. So you can be sure that the equipment will be restored to a functionality equal to that which it had from the beginning.
HIRO® kits do not have warranty protections that prevent the computer case from being opened. This allows each customer to take care of the cleanliness of the inside of the computer so that dust does not cause the air channels inside the case to be blocked. At the same time, throughout the warranty period, it is possible to add e.g. an additional hard drive yourself.
This warranty period also applies to any purchase on invoice.
