The burner is intended for kitchen use only. Ideally suited for cooking and catering, it will work in activities such as: burning, caramelization, enhancing the color and texture of food, blisters of skins and finishing dishes. It will also cope well with setting fire to grills and bonfires.
Accessible parts can be very hot. Make sure that young children do not have access to the device. Be wary of the phenomenon of inflammation, which can occur during the two-minute warm-up period and during which the device should not be more than 15 degrees from the vertical and standing position. The device can be used at any angle, without the phenomenon of inflammation, after 30 seconds of warming up.
