Cyanoacrylate adhesive EXO PRO - RARE CA 20g.

EXO PRO cyanoacrylate adhesive has an advanced, modified composition based on ethyl. It is designed for immediate (a few seconds) joining of surfaces that are difficult to stick. It is perfect for hobby purposes, in the household, automotive and industry. The surface may be partially absorbent. Thanks to its increased flexibility, it helps to evenly distribute tensions and has an increased tensile or shear force.

More advanced, partially flexible adhesives from the EXO PRO series make the mechanical resistance of the weld greater, the adhesive does not crack during mechanical loads, it is also more resistant to vibrations. EXO PRO adhesives are perfect for joining flexible materials such as EPP foam, rubber, plastic fabrics, etc. They will be equally good for gluing porous surfaces like wood or combinations of porous and elastic surfaces like wood – rubber. The adhesive creates thin, flexible welds.
Simple application, almost instant bonding and a wide range of bonded materials are the biggest advantage of EXO and EXO PRO adhesives.

EXO adhesive is recommended for joining:

  • EPP foams
  • Wood
  • Rubber
  • Plastic
  • Metals
  • Ceramics
  • Glass
  • Acrylic glass
  • ABS
  • PVC
  • Skin
  • Fabric

EXO PRO adhesives are exactly as you need them

Depending on your needs, choose the type of EXO or EXO PRO glue. These adhesives are offered with the most popular viscosities from very rare through dense to gel. Rare adhesives penetrate the surface more and you have a little more time until the glue solidifies. The denser the glue, the less it spills and stays exactly where you applied it. Glue in the form of a gel does not drip, does not drain and can be applied very precisely even during vertical assembly.

Directions for use:

We recommend using the adhesive together with the Activator for EXO PRO cyanoacrylate adhesives. Thanks to it, you will achieve even better results, accelerate bonding and reduce efflorescence.
The highest strength of the adhesive will be obtained by gluing at a temperature of 20-30 o C. The thinner the adhesive layer, the shorter the curing time and the greater the strength.

Bonding with EXO PRO activator:

Apply exo PRO activator to one glued surface and cyanoacrylate glue to the other. Immediately firmly press both surfaces against each other and hold for a few seconds.
It is a good practice to apply glue to an element with a smaller area and an activator to a second glued element with a larger area. There is no need to wait for the activator to evaporate. Gluing should be done in a short time after applying the glue. Polymerization begins after joining and pressing the elements and proceeds very quickly.

Bonding without activator:

If you use glue without an activator, do the same. Apply a small amount of glue to the glued surface, fold the glued elements together – you have little time (up to a few seconds depending on the porosity of the surfaces being glued, the amount of glue applied
and its viscosity) to properly match them to each other before the glue begins to bind. Press both surfaces for a few seconds.

Remark:

Keep out of reach of children. The glue almost immediately glues the skin and eyelids. Irritating to eyes, respiratory tract and skin. Do not inhale fumes, use in ventilated rooms. In case of contact with skin or eyes, immediately wash them with plenty of water and contact your doctor.
