KrM20 HMS is an adjustable soft kettlebell. It is a unique device that, thanks to its form, allows you to perform almost all the exercises reserved for a traditional kettlebell. By using soft "plates", filled with sand, it gives the opportunity to quickly and easily change the load. This allows him to replace several weights, of different weights. "Plates" are made of soft material and covered with a mesh. The main part of the kettlebell on which they are applied is made of thick, hard plastic. The entire krM20 structure and the materials used in it provide great comfort and safety of exercise - when training you do not have to worry about bruises and bruises. On the long and wide handle, made of thick cord, there is a hard and comfortable handle - covered with a soft, non-slip material that fits very well in the hand and does not cause corns. The bottom of the kettlebell is flat and regardless of the number of plates put on, it stands firmly on the ground. Training with an adjustable kettlebell strengthens the muscles, perfectly develops motor coordination, while increasing the overall efficiency of the body.
