The Royal Catering electric soup cauldron will keep the soups, sauces or stews warm. It will work in restaurants or catering companies as well as during weddings, proms, balls and other events.
The cauldron uses a water bath, which provides heating without burns. It transfers the heat generated by a 400 W heater to the internal tank of the device (10 l). Heating regulation takes place in the range of 35-80C and is set by a knob. The internal tank and housing are made of stainless steel, resistant to mechanical damage, safe for health and easy to clean. The lid with a non-heating handle and hinge protects the contents from rapid cooling.
