The device has three metal rollers with which you can make a bend, cone or cylinder made of sheet metal. With the help of grooves, however, you can roll the wire into an arc or a circle. The rollers are designed to form material with a maximum width of 310mm and 1mm thick. The manual crank allows you to rotate the roller when inserting a sheet of metal into the rolling mill. Rubber, non-slip handle provides comfort of work. The knobs adjust the distance between the rollers to the thickness of the material. The upper roller allows you to quickly remove the finished element and facilitates maintenance. The device can be mounted to the ground thanks to the holes in the base. For mild steel, it is possible to use flat rolling, as a result, a flattened sheet or with a slightly reduced thickness is obtained. The rolling mill is also suitable for making constant radius arcs and cylinders. The maximum thickness of the material is 1 mm. Thanks to the grooves on the shafts, the sheet metal winder will also form a rod, wire or small pipe with a diameter of 8 mm, 6 mm and 4 mm.
