Their diversity provides access to a wide range of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. The wide composition includes the best quality vegetables (m.in carrots, leeks, beets), fruits (m.in wild rose, cranberries, sloe, apple) and herbs. Leek is a wealth of vitamins C, A, E, B1, B2, PP and calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, iron and sulfur. It has a strengthening effect on immunity, has properties that reduce the level of bad cholesterol and stabilizes blood sugar levels. Wild rose is rich in vitamin C, it also contains vitamins: A, B1, B2, E, K, flavonoids, tannin and organic acids.
