These are wheat and oatmeal enriched with fruits such as raisin, apple, black and red currant, and all this sprinkled with cinnamon bark. Currant rich in vitamin C, K, P, microelements such as: boron and iodine, organic acids, pectin. It strengthens blood vessels, improves digestion and has an antidiarrheal effect. Cinnamon bark is also an excellent source of manganese, fiber, iron and calcium, reduces the level of bad LDL cholesterol and counteracts flatulence.
