Edge sensor, optical/acoustic
Design: hardened and precisely ground, with red LED glowing. Delivery in a plastic pouch.
Application: for measurements on drills and milling machines as well as machining centers with an accuracy of 0.01 mm. For external internal centering. Touching the edge of the element, the indicator lights up and triggers a beep. The zero line is reached taking into account the radius of the measuring sphere. The ball at the end of the sensor fixed with a spring moves away when it hits over the edge of the element, which protects the sensor from damage.
