SG CAST + INOX
Material: special corundum (A 24), medium hardness, fiber reinforced synthetic resin binder for high durability, high lateral stability and very good cutting performance. No added fillers containing iron, chlorine and sulfur compounds. Standard hole 22.23 mm.
Application: for machining cast steel, stainless steel and cast iron. Especially for difficult applications in foundries and cleaning companies. Optimized for use on pneumatic turbine angle grinders and high-frequency angle grinders.
Important tip for stainless steel processing.
When processing stainless steel , it is recommended to use tools that do not contain iron and sulfur compounds. Tools previously used for machining ordinary steel are not suitable for machining stainless steel. On the tool remain the remnants of ordinary steel. These residues damage any type of stainless steel alloy and can corrode the stainless steel workpiece. Even sparks generated during the processing of normal steel can destroy stainless steel alloys and corrode them.
