GTO™ microbiological-enzymatic agent removing fats and oils

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

GTO™ is excellent for removing contaminants in sewage systems and grease separators. The preparation is enriched with appropriately selected strains of CLASS 1 bacteria, capable of accelerated metabolism of pollutants by microorganisms, in which carbon dioxide and water are formed. GTO™uses a natural bioremediation process. The preparation does not contain solvents; prevents the formation of corrosive fatty acids and unpleasant odors; It is user-friendly degreasing systems and drainage installations. GTO™ meets environmental and sanitary standards, is completely safe for human health and provides comfort of work; Effective and economical, biodegradable, easy to use.

HOW TO USE?

No dilution, the amount depends on the size of the installation, the possibility of cleaning with a pressure washer. The instructions assume pumping the product directly into the system, but in some cases direct manual application may be necessary.

  1. It is recommended to empty the degreaser for better results.
  2. It is recommended to use GTO™ outside plant hours, e.g. after closure. However , it should be remembered that GTO™ will also work well during uninterrupted operation of the facility.
  3. Place the pressure washer stirrer directly at the outlet of the tank with the solution. The amount of solution added depends on the size and capacity of the installation.
  4. Apply the GTO™ directly from the container, without prior dilution. The place of application of the product should be as close as possible to the place of incorporation of oil and grease contaminants into the installation. This will allow the preparation to work also within the walls of the pipes of the installation supplying impurities to degreasers.
  5. For a better effect, apply the preparation to the system every day.
  6. It is recommended to annually inspect the work of degreasers. Any solid contaminants that have entered them should then be removed.
  7. It is recommended not to use chemical cleaning and disinfecting agents at the same time

WHERE AND FOR WHAT TO USE?

Food processing sector and service outlets (bars, restaurants, mass caterers, etc.)  Removal of oil impurities, fats, greases, oils, proteins, lipids, hydrocarbons, organic waste and detergents in grease separators and sewage systems.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Efficiency

The effectiveness and speed of action of the preparation are determined by:

  • temperature - the optimum temperature of the preparation is in the range of 5.5°C – 49°C. The temperature of the water to be diluted should not exceed 49°C
  • pressure and oxygenation – the use of a sprayer or pressure washer effectively accelerates the process of removing contaminants
  • type of impurity - some hydrocarbon impurities require a longer purification time

The experiments carried out show that the process of decomposition of impurities takes place immediately after the application of the solution. However, it should be borne in mind that depending on the listed factors, it may change.

Composition:  natural mixture, biologically active microorganisms / strains of bacteria CLASS 1, biosurfactants, nutrients, water

Physical properties

  • appearance – turbid liquid
