Royal Catering roller grill will work in bars, buffets, gas stations or outdoor events. It allows you to prepare 12 hot dog sausages , frankfurters, kabanos or tortilla sausages at the same time. Uniform rotation by 360 makes the sausage equally browned on each side. The rendered fat is collected in a tray that is easy to remove and wash. The heating drawer ensures that the rolls are heated at a temperature of 30 to 110C. Two heating zones allow independent temperature setting. Sausages can be grilled or only heated. The temperature is regulated in the range of 30-250C. The tempered glass lid protects food from contamination and allows sausages to be prepared in front of customers.
