Stamos Germany welding machine is a handy device for welding with a coated electrode with 8 m long wires. The welding current is selected in the range of 20-140 A using a knob. To achieve a 100% duty cycle, the welding current must be adjusted below 89 A. An easy-to-read LED display allows you to check the set values. Long, 8 m welding and grounding cables provide maximum freedom of movement. To quickly make clean and strong welds with reduced splash, use acid or alkaline electrodes with a diameter of 1.6-3.2 mm. The device is designed for welds up to 8 mm thick. The 60 V open circuit voltage and the Hot Start function allow you to easily peek into the arc and achieve optimal welding results. IGBT technology is characterized by increased efficiency. The equipment reliably compensates for fluctuations in mains voltage by +/- 10%. Since no shielding gas is required for MMA welding, it can be effectively welded outdoors even under adverse conditions. The MMA welding machine combines materials such as steel, iron, cast iron, nickel or copper. The fan cools the device to protect it from overheating. The plastic housing and front cover are shock and vibration resistant. Insulation, anti-static and low-corrosion design ensure safe operation for many years.
