Tooth design – a design with a variable number of teeth of 4-6 per inch with a positive tooth angle of 10° provides the following benefits: - Faster and more aggressive cutting. - Higher heat dissipation during cutting – teeth stay sharp longer. - Deeper, curved notches between the teeth provide more efficient chip evacuation, which prevents clogging and temperature rise. - A specially selected tooth angle shows less tendency to peel off thinner materials. - The teeth are alternately divorced to the sides, which minimizes viscosity and friction. - Low feed pressure – achieved through a combination of aggressive tooth geometry and efficient chip evacuation, resulting in less force needed during drilling.
Tooth material - the best high-speed steel type Matrix II is used on the toothed section of the circular saw. Matrix II steel contains 8% cobalt, so that the teeth retain their initial hardness longer, even at high operating temperatures when cutting metal. - Bimetal construction – high-speed steel teeth are laser welded to the body of high-alloy steel. The teeth are then vacuum cured to 65 HRC at 600°C for maximum durability and usability. - Thanks to the high abrasion resistance of Matrix II steel, these saws are ideal for cutting difficult and hard materials such as stainless steel and acid-resistant steel, as well as for cutting softer materials such as wood.
The body of the circular saw - the body of a steel circular saw with a thickness of 1.27 mm is rigid - it retains its shape, but at the same time shows elasticity. - Effective cutting depth is 41 mm.
Back plate design - the back plates are built of thick steel, so that the holes will not grow in size over time. Thick backs increase strength and stiffness, minimizing vibration. - 4 holes with guide pins make it easy to place the stem. - Perfectly made round back plate, especially important in roller saws with a larger diameter.
Diagonal grooves help in removing and pushing out the core.
