Working methods
  • MMA (coated electrode) – it will work indoors and outdoors. It does not require shielding gas and is suitable for welding thin materials (from a thickness of 1.5 mm), e.g. copper, iron, nickel, aluminum or alloys m.in steel and cast iron. Welds made by this method have good operational and mechanical values.
  • TIG – copes well with combining metals and their alloys, e.g. copper, aluminum, magnesium, nickel, titanium, steel and many others. It will work particularly well when machining very thin materials (with a thickness of 0.5 mm). This method can be used in any position – horizontal, vertical, flat and above the head, and its effect is a clean and precise weld that does not corrode.
Features:
  • 2T/4T, i.e. two-bar and four-bar. When using the first of them, pressing the button will initiate welding, and letting go of it interrupts this process. In the case of a four-stroke, the user does not have to hold the buttons constantly, because pressing and releasing the button starts or ends welding,
  • Hot Start consists in a temporary increase in the welding current during arc ignition,
  • Anti-Stick , thanks to minimizing voltage and current, facilitates the detachment of the electrode from the material,
  • Arc Force allows short arc welding with an increase in current value,
  • Current Down Slope - the time when the value of the output current decreases from the value of the welding current to the value of the final current.
  • - Non-contact HF arc ignition (High Frequency Ignition) allows you to start welding without contact of the electrode with the material being processed, which reduces the risk of tungsten contamination of the weld and facilitates precise welding,
  • Gas Post-Flow Time, i.e. regulation of gas outflow. Prevents oxidation of the welding pool,
