DESCRIPTION:
In response to the needs of the various markets, RUBI has developed the TP-S series of single-guide manual cutters,
which are designed for intensive cutting of any type of ceramic materials.
TP-S cutters are primarily suitable for cutting porcelain stoneware (BIa).
A single wear-resistant guide ensures unprecedented tool life.

TP-S cutters are used by pushing forward, and an ergonomic handle with a breaker with a pressing force of up to 1000 kg
It allows you to quickly cut and break tiles with a thickness of 5-20mm.
In addition, the multi-point breaker in TP-S cutters ensures high quality diagonal and angled cuts.
All TP-S series cutters have a rotary gauge mounted on the central mandrel
facilitating and accelerating the execution of cuts at the angle.
The side stop allows you to make repetitive cuts easily and with maximum precision.
TP-S cutters have a double-layer aluminum base with impact damping effect and side supports
for large format tiles.
The contractor stands next to the cutter during the cutting (as in most other cutters and unlike in the case of the TP-T cutter).
TP-S cutters work with a universal wheel Ø 22 mm,
Thanks to this, the cutter can be used to cut a variety of ceramic materials.
All of the above features make the TP-S cutter extremely easy to use, very durable and at the same time relatively light.
TP-S cutters do not require special care when it comes to maintenance, as the slide does not require lubrication.
There are tiles on the market with a thickness of more than 15mm, which by their physical properties,
Possible internal and surface stresses, are difficult to process with a manual cutter.
It is recommended to make several test cuts to verify the selection of the right cutter.
