Ear hygiene - kittens and puppies.

  • Ear cleaner for kittens and puppies helps maintain perfect ear hygiene and prevents infections by removing excess earwax and dirt.
  • Cleans and gently dries from excess secretions.
  • Its use is facilitated by the applicator.

The ear of our pet in anatomical terms is very different from the human ear. The ear canal is L-shaped: first it goes vertically down, then it breaks down at right angles, runs towards the inside of the skull and ends in the tympanic membrane.

This shape has two effects:

  • accumulation of earwax in the depths of the ear, which is not spontaneously removed, and thus air access to deeper sections of the ear canal is hindered;
  • The accumulation of earwax in a warm and humid environment, in the absence of adequate ventilation, promotes maceration of the skin and can cause otitis and other infections.

The goal of proper ear care is primarily to prevent infections. In breeds that have drooping ears, the auricle constantly covers the mouth of the ear canal and increases ventilation problems. In some breeds of small dogs (large poodles, bishons, shih tzu...) the coat grows inside the ear canal, which further increases the risk of maceration.

Directions for use:

Remove the cap. Cut off the tip of the applicator. Warm the bottle in your hand. SLOWLY PLACE A FEW DROPS OF LIQUID in the folds of the auricle. Massage the base of the ear gently for about 1 minute to extract the accumulated earwax. Dry and thoroughly wipe the inside of the auricle with cotton flake.

Composition:

water, xanthan gum, paraffin oil, emulsifiers, cetyl alcohol, zinc oxide, preservatives, fragrance
