FILTER HOYA UV UX 55 mm

The UV UX filter with the newly added hydrophobic coating is a redesigned HMC UV (C) filter, now integrated into the new UX class series together with the CIR-PL Slim filter. The "UX" in the name of the series stands for "User eXperience" to indicate all the experiences that users will get with these filters and everything that comes with them. The UX series offers users a better individual experience through all photography activities. UV rays, although invisible to the naked eye, can affect the image when shooting in places such as the coast or mountains, causing blurred contours or faded and whitish images. The filters are designed to suppress the UV spectrum contained in daylight, which mainly causes a bad effect on the images.   This type of filter can be used in both professional and digital cameras, which provides more vivid images. In addition, keeping it permanently attached serves as a daily protection for the lens. Features and Benefits: Anti-reflective coating prevents unwanted reflections and increases light transmittance. A hydrophobic coating has been added to the anti-reflective coating. This coating repels water droplets and makes it easy to clean the filter surface from dirt or fingerprints.
