Flux gel is a thickened rosin flux of RMA class designed for SMT assembly and repairs. Flux gel can be applied through a sieve, stencil or from a syringe. Activators used for the production of flux allow to leave its remnants after the soldering process on the package (unless the production process takes into account the washing phases). - does not require washing - shelf life: 36 hours - retains stickiness for 72 hours - good soldering on surfaces: Ag, Cu, Au, Zn, Cd and SnPb
