Analog sensor Zero Master
Design: the smallest 3D dial indicator in the world, for mounting on the spindle of a milling machine or head. The clamping pin has a diameter of 10 mm, thanks to which it can be used on machine tools with SK 30 or with small HSK spindles. The sensor tip is replaced without tools. All universal 3D sensors are individually measured and adjusted during assembly to ensure maximum measurement accuracy. The Zero Master sensor can be equipped with a short measuring tip (4 mm ball) and a long measuring tip (8 mm ball). The test tips fit all Haimer 3D measuring sensors.
Application: for determination of zero points of components and length measurement on milling machines and machine tools for electrospark processing (insulated sensor tip) and for centering and determining the center of holes and shafts.
