The Powermat PM-IMGTS-210S SYNERGY semi-automatic welding machine has a very wide range of use. The electronics of the device are based on IGBT transistors
They combine the advantages of two types of transistors, the ease of control of field-effect transistors and the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. HOT START
popularly known as hot start, it allows the welding current to be temporarily increased above the value set by the welder. HOT START works when the arc is struck and is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material. It is a great help when lighting the electrode.
ANTI STICK
cuts off / minimizes welding voltage and current in the event of a short-circuit between the electrode and the material to be welded. ANTI STICK allows the welder to detach the electrode more easily.
ARC FORCE
stabilizes the bow regardless of its length. By decreasing the function values, it gives a soft arc and a smaller penetration depth, while increasing the function values causes deeper penetration and the possibility of short arc welding. At the highest value for the ARC FORCE function, it is possible to "push the electrode into the pool of molten metal and burn through the material. This model has automatic ARC FORCE regulation.

The semi-automatic machine, by switching the type of material to be welded, gives the appropriate presets which will automatically adjust the welding parameters with the selected wire thickness. The 2-roller feeder enables precise feeding of the welding wire, preventing it from slipping. Light construction with a stable aluminum handle allows for easy movement of the entire device.
