DJI Care Refresh is your drone's service protection that will give you, for a small additional fee, two replacement of damaged equipment in one year, covering damage caused m.in by collision or contact of the product with water. The defective equipment will then be replaced with a new or equivalent new product. The Service Pack can be activated once up to 48 hours after activating (first starting) the drone or later after sending the verification video to DJI.

For DJI Mini 2 series drones, the cost of the first replacement under DJI Care Refresh is PLN 245. The cost of the second exchange is 289 PLN. The cost of the Flyaway service is 1139 PLN*

DJI Care Flyaway is an additional service in the DJI Care Refresh service plan, which allows you to receive a completely new drone in case the previous one flew away for unknown reasons and it could not be recovered. In case of unintentional loss of the drone, it is enough to pay the appropriate service fee to receive a completely new product. The service is available to all users who have purchased DJI Care Refresh protection (Mini 2, Mavic Air 2, DJI Air 2S), including those who purchased it before the introduction of the Flyaway service.

DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) offers two exchanges, including one Flyaway Coverage.
DJI Care Refresh (2-year package) offers three exchanges, including two chances to use Flyaway Coverage.

To use Flyaway Coverage, the user must link their DJI account and remote controller to the drone using the DJI Fly app. If he does not do this before the possible escape of the device, he will not be able to use the exchange service.

1. The code must be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, you must provide the content of the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device (located directly on the product) and the details of the person activating the Package (name, e-mail address).
3. The Service Pack will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation by email. Your drone is now safe!

You can also assign DJI Care Refresh to a product 48 hours after activation. To do this, send a verification video presenting the status of the device to the manufacturer. Detailed information and sample video material are available at: https://repair.dji.com/en/djicare/customerupload.

The procedure to deal with an accident is very simple. All you have to do is report the failure and send the damaged equipment to the DJI warranty service - do not forget to annotate that you are using DJI Care Refresh. After receiving a repair quote, you can choose whether you decide on it or prefer to use the replacement as part of the Maintenance Service. When you choose the second option, you only have to pay the appropriate fee - you will receive the replaced device as a priority, and if you are in the same region where you purchased DJI Care Refresh, the manufacturer will pay for shipping!

1. The user reports a fault and sends the drone to the German DJI service with a note that he has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair quote and on this basis decides whether he wants to repair / replace it for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays a replacement fee and gets another copy or new spare parts, i.e. gimbal, camera, propellers.
4. The replaced product is prioritized delivered to the user with free shipping.

By purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you protect your drone from, m.in, falling, drowning, collision or accident caused by interference with the drone's operating signal. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents caused by the operator's fault.

11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
